When submitting your resume or applying for job openings through HireForTravel, you agree that:
- All details in your profile, including employment history, credentials, education, and contact details, are accurate and truthful.
- You own the intellectual property rights and permissions to any materials (such as CV/Resume files) that you upload.
- We hold the right to review and pre-screen your profile prior to presenting it to hiring companies.
- We do not guarantee that your application will result in an interview, a job offer, or placement.
4. Corporate Client Obligations
For hiring brands and companies registering requirements:
- You agree to keep all candidate profiles, resumes, and communications shared by HireForTravel strictly confidential.
- You must comply with all applicable privacy regulations (such as the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR) when processing personal data of candidates forwarded to you.
- You agree to not share candidate resumes with third parties without the candidate's explicit consent.
- You will notify us promptly when you hire a candidate introduced by HireForTravel.
5. Limitation of Liability
HireForTravel acts as a matching facilitator between employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for, and do not make representations regarding: the conduct of candidates during interviews or employment; the work environment or safety of hiring companies; or the accuracy of details provided by either party. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireForTravel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Termination and Data Erasure
You have the right to withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your account and files at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or block access to our services for users who violate these Terms of Service or provide false information.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
