We collect personal details that you voluntarily submit through our candidate and company intake forms:
- For Candidates: Full name, contact number, email address, current city/location, preferred role, and your CV/Resume file (which may contain employment history, education, and skills).
- For Companies: Contact person name, work email address, company name, designation, location, phone number, and details regarding open job vacancies.
- For Website Visitors: General analytics events (e.g., page views, WhatsApp click logs) to improve user experience.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Evaluating candidate profiles for current or upcoming vacancies at partner travel brands.
- Communicating with you regarding job opportunities or recruitment inquiries.
- Connecting candidate shortlists with hiring travel brands (only after screening for fit).
- Analyzing platform metrics to optimize site performance and user experience.
Legal Basis: We process your personal data based on your explicit and unambiguous consent, which you grant by checking the consent checkbox prior to submitting any intake forms on our platform.
4. Age Restriction (Under 18 Policy)
Our services and recruitment matching platform are strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information to our platform. If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will erase it immediately.
5. Data Retention Policy
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the recruitment matching purposes for which it was collected. Typically, we retain inactive candidate profiles for a maximum of three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless you request earlier erasure. Upon expiration of this period or upon your request, your personal data will be completely deleted from our database.
6. Your Data Rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: You can request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities performed.
- Right to Correction & Update: You can request that we update, complete, or correct any inaccurate personal data.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request that we delete all your personal data from our systems.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing done before withdrawal.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register a grievance with our designated Grievance Officer regarding any perceived violation of your rights.
